We left Hereford, passing by orchards and lots of cows and sheep! A brew stop by the river and then onward through the countryside with quiet lanes, but occasional tractors to contend with!
With less hills to climb, we made it to Shrewsbury in time for an ice cream by the river and a good curry in the evening. We now grade our hotels on their drying facilities, as washing your clothes after a day in the saddle is a must!
